Managers are encouraged to adopt one or more tools. When a manager adopts a tool they commit to learning more about that tool and will be identified as a resource for other makers who want to learn more about that tool.
Comments in the notes column such as 'Can teach expert topics', 'Enjoy teaching basics to new users', etc. will help others to understand the level of help you can offer.
